The body of the macro gives you 15 lines. You can also choose others which I’ll talk about in the next section. You can click on that to select from a number of preset icons. Next to the name field is the selected macro’s current icon. You’re limited to 20 characters in the name. The right-hand side of the user macros window is where the selected macro is displayed. Note that there’s a lot of filler commands because many of them are the various emote actions.
I’ll be going through some common ones, but if you’re interested in digging deeper, that’s where you’ll want to look. There’s a button at the bottom right labelled ‘Text Commands’ which opens a very long list of commands you can use to write your macros.
